• No confusion - no counting - no decisions - portable.
• Choose from full product line with 1 exception: only 1 bar per day (60 separate product items)
• Intake food every 2 to 3 hours. Keep food with you at all times!!!
• Lean and Green meal - 5 to 8 oz of lean protein (Chicken, turkey, fish, beef, lamb)
• We use frozen fish from Costco and cook it on a Foreman grill. Takes less than 10 minutes.
• Frozen (fresh) veggies from Costco - stir fried with olive oil.
• The fresher food products the better.
• Ketosis will take 5 to 7 days - hang in there!
• Be flexible - better to make it work for you than to be rigid and fail.
